         <description><![CDATA[<div>In Athens women were very discredited and viewed as inferior to the male, unlike in Sparta where there was social equality in both genders women were receiving better treatment with more privileges and freedom. Therefore Spartan women were living a better life because of the freedoms they were able to enjoy.</div>]]></description>
