         <description><![CDATA[<div>The Emperor was a figurehead for the shogun, the Emperor would make public decisions with the approval of the Shogun, the Shogun had more power than the Emperor with his military force, he was an advisor to the Emperor. Social classes were put in order of power, on the top was the Emperor, leader of Japan, then there was the Shogun who led the armies, the Daimyo who owned the land, the samurai who worked for the Daimyo, and the Peasants/Artisans who would supply the higher classes with services and food, they had little power and were the bottom besides merchants, outcasts, and non humans.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Honour and Duty: The Japanese people would avoid being shameful and would be obliged to serve their authorities<br><br>Loyalty: The Japanese people would serve their masters without question as a sign of respect and loyalty, loyalty to your masters made you a respectable worker.<br><br>Order and Harmony: Their society would revolve around peace, there would be no inner conflict and order would be kept to make sure nothing goes wrong<br><br>Respect for Authority:  People below authority would need to respect higher ups if they want <br><br>Self development: People were expected to try their hardest and become the best they could be at there job. Every person is expected to improve their skills as much as they can.</div>]]></description>
