Hercules accidentally destroys his town due to his unnatural strength, and the entire town makes fun of him. He feels like a misfit, so he leaves the hometown looking for somewhere he belongs

Refusal of the call

Hercules feels hopeless. He gets lost during his travels until he comes upon a temple built for Zeus

Meeting the mentor

Zeus and Phil are mentors. Zeus tells the audience how Hercules is to become a god again, and also how he can do it. Zeus sends Hercules to Phil, a trainer of gods who agrees to train him.

Crossing the threshold

Hercules accepts Phil's offer to train him and leaves his doubts behind him.

Tests, allies, and enemies

Hercules continued to train with Phil so he could get stronger. He overcame obstacles such as tricks and defeating a three headed snake, he also saved Meg.

The approach

Hades made a deal with Hercules and the deal was that if Hercules gave Hades his powers, then Meg would not get hurt. Hades also released the four elements onto the mountains, fire ( or lava ), wind ( a tornado ), ice, and earth. He sent the elements to capture the gods and goddesses

The ordeal

Hercules got rid of all the monsters and threw them into space, while he saved Meg by getting her soul from Hades and bringing it back to her so she could come to life

The reward

Hercules defeated Hades and threw him in the pit of souls so he basically died

The road back

Hercules returns to Meg and finds she is dead he is determined to save her.

The resurrection

Hercules attempts to save Meg's soul in the underworld as she dies. He makes a deal with Hades to take his soul instead. After swimming through an ocean of death, Hercules emerges victorious and is now a god. He goes to mt Olympus, embraces his parents, and find where he belongs. He decides to give his immortality up to spend his life with Meg.

Return with the elixer

Hercules, the son of Zeus and Hera, was taken away to earth and raised in a human town. Then he accidentally destroyed the town so he set off to find a place where he belongs. He trained to become a god again and became popular in a few towns, then Hades sent all the elemets to destroy mt Olympus. Hercules defeated the elements and then saved Meg and lived happily ever after
