I chose this video because it seemed to go along with the point of bettering mental health, especially when it came to school. There is some advice that I liked, and some that I didn't like. I would say that I didn't like it more than I did. The first tip talks about preparing yourself by normalizing your environment, this is an ok tip but it also tells you to practice testing in that room that you'll be in, you can never be too sure on what room because things will always change. The second tip also may not be helpful because the professor may not always know what will be on the test depending on what kind of test it is or the professor might not even be helpful about explaining when it comes to their own quiz. The last tip is helpful because it is basically about studying the material and your notes which could definitely be helpful but overall, this video might not be the best.

I chose this video because it also goes with mental health and keeping yourself together when it comes to school as it can become a lot on someone's mental health. I do like this video as I feel it gives helpful advice. The first tip explains that you should basically keep yourself organized as this will help you stay on track and in my opinion, reestablish your priorities. The second tip is also a good one because it is helping you get your priorities together in the way of setting your schedule to make it less stressful for you. The third is a simple and easy way to stay on track because you are making a habit out of things which will make your life easier in the long run. This video is overall a good and easy way to keep yourself together and on the right track.

This video goes along with helping mental health and it helps you get things done when it comes to school which will help you get better. This video only really has one tip but I do think that it is helpful. The tip of making a system for yourself. I think that making a system or a reason to be able to do something or get it completed is good. You want to make sure that you do something for a good outcome for yourself, mainly when it comes to school because it can be difficult to feel encouraged to do something but knowing that you will be able to get something out of it, whether that be a good grade, self gratitude or maybe even both, is really beneficial and motivational.
