This causes students self worth to become tied to academic success. Academic success can be easily influenced by the resources people get. We know that not everyone has the same access resources. Change is needed to create a more equitable education experience for students. Some suggest multicultural education or educating yourself on other cultures. And while Montessori is ideal in terms of creativity it can be very hard to steer every kid in the right direction. Also with just larger classrooms in can be impossible. However, we should not lose the desire for freedom. BUT no society truly wants individual thinkers, they want followers.
