This session was very informative and I learnt a lot about the Extended Essay. Stella ma'am cleared my doubts I had about this certain topic and motivated me to further select my passionate subjects. Earlier, I heard a lot on how tough EE can be and that even if you get 7s and 6s, getting a B is very tough. However, after Stella ma'ams explanation I was inspired to do my EE in subjects I actually like and not worry about grades. The criterion was clarified and methodology was simplified which made me understand it even better. Overall, I am now looking forward to starting my EE as now I am well aware of what is required and I will focus on it to get a good grade!!

Today's EE Orientation, conducted by Stella Ma'am, was really informative and helpful. As an SSC student, when I first joined IBDP, I had a lot of doubts regarding the EE, as it was the first time I ever heard of it. However, after today's session, I was able to clear all of my doubts. Even the basic doubts that I had were taken seriously and addressed in a well-mannered way, so I didn't feel dumb about asking them. She really put in effort to go through the basics so that we were able to comprehend everything clearly. Along with the tricks and tips that were mentioned during the session, we were able to be rightfully guided towards the subject that we feel passionate about writing an EE in. With Stella Ma'am's support, I gained confidence that no matter which subject I do my EE in, I will be able to get good marks.

I found this session to be very interesting and informative. I also got to learn about EE and this session also helped me choose and decide my potential topic and subject which I wanna write about .. it also gave me confidence about my potential ee and marks .

Today’s EE session by Stella ma’am was really informative and great, I learnt a lot of new things today about EE which I had really limited information on before but after this session I gained a lot of knowledge on the different kind of research methods (primary and secondary), we also learnt about interdisciplinary or subject focussed extended essays and the fact that the research question should be clear and specific to the topic you want to write it for.

There was more information that was presented that was really helpful for me to understand what this essay really is about. Other resources such as guides would be uploaded later to make it more clear for us.

I found the EE session extremely insightful. The explanations were crisp and questions were addressed with great depth. The criterions especially were discussed with a lot of detail and helped me understand what I must do in an EE to get a good grade. Ma'am also emphasized on critical thinking which is a core part of the EE.
