If the relationships are not strong, then there is no consistency in the classroom. This can affect the students' performances. Some of the students may be going through a lot outside of school that is not stable, but to then have the classroom not consistent can really hinder their performance. Teacher to teacher is another really important relationship because if the teachers are not communicating, then the student can not succeed because the instruction is not delivered in the same manner.
