They excel in the intelectual aspect of health. They love learning and take pride in all their work, and realize that you learn from mistakes so don't be afraid to mess up. The students does struggle in a few of the other parts of health, such as the spiritual and social. They are afraid to share about their beliefs because they are afraid they could be judged. They are struggling with social health because they just had a falling out with a close friend and haven't talked in 3 weeks.

He/She believe in a higher power but doesn't any longer, and have not shared this with their parent, also doesn't fell connected to the community. He/She had a good social health before she was transferred to another school in my opinion, also does not have "real friends" yet. Very physical, they exercise for an hour on most days and averaged 7 hours or more of sleep each night. Fascinated by current events and love studying, meaning their Intellectual Health is average. Their Emotional health is about being confident sharing their feelings and has good self-esteem and body confidence, identifies stressors and has health coping strategies that are successful.

They joined the "Earth Council" in school and always use a refillable water bottles but don't really understand the purpose, they are working on better educating their self on it. They excel in the multicultural aspect of life, they know a second language and hope to travel one day to learn about others cultures. The student hopes to one day become a pastry chef in Paris but as for know they has two job interviews set up and volunteers with the community each week. The student also does very well with keeping their financial health in order, they have a bank account and saves much of his money as well as making a budget and trying to stick with it. The student also has a healthy sexual life, they are in a long term relationship and speak freely with their parents about everything. Them and their partner have both been tested for STI and may be ready to take things to the next level.
