When Jesus told his disciples that one of them was going to betray him. Even though he knew Judas was going to betray him, he did not act differently towards him instead he extended forgiveness. Here he demonstrates the verse love your neighbor and it convicted on how I should love others.

Spending time with God first thing in the morning usually dictates how the rest of my day will go. There is comfort for me in knowing that any decisions or thoughts I have I can lay them at the feet of Jesus and ask for guidance through prayer. I believe Jesus wants to have a relationship with me and wants me to pursue him with my whole heart. I am still working on letting him be the absolute center of my life, rather that just a piece of my life.  I am getting better at reading my Bible daily, and praying more often, but I want to get better at going deeper in prayer, and praying about more aspects of my life.
