(20-minutes) With reference to Lesson 9 Exercise 2 Book 1, use the Story Mountain to brainstorm for your narrative.

Insert the image of your completed Story Mountain in this Padlet.

2. Create a Google Docs and share the link (Accessible as Editor) under this thread's Comment section, the details of your Story Planning (i.e. 5H + 1W, Introduction, Setting, Characters, Theme, Rising conflict, Climax, Resolution).

You will also need to insert the image of your completed Story Mountain within the same Google Docs. Name your document as your partner and your names.

3. (30-minutes) Within the same Google Docs link that your partner and you have earlier worked on, write out a Short Story in not more than 500 words. You should use at least ONE phrase shared by yourself and peers from the Literary Device Show not Tell AND/OR Idioms exercise, within your story.

4. In the next lesson, your partner and you will take some time to read all the stories from your classmates. Proceed to provide a Comprehensive Critique on TWO other pairs' work. 

Inform the pairs you would like to critique upon, to give you access to their stories, so that you can insert your comments at the end of their stories.
