Yes because I need money. I want to be able to buy my own stuff. So when my parents threaten to take something away, I have money to just buy it, then they can't take it cause I bought it.

They are looking for young people that dont get tired. They also want people that work together and have good reports from school and other jobss.

I believe employers look for; Creativity, people that are outgoing, and people that are plesent to work with.

Some characteristics are, how well they are with people, so if they are rude, then they probably wont hire them.. If they are dedicated, someone who isn't committed to their job, wont be hired, and if they are, will probably be fired. And if they have some knowledge in the job that they are trying to get. You cant be stupid and get a job they know nothing about.
