Also you can control the friends you have that could positively or negatively affect your choices.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Some behaviors to avoid health risks include reducing the risk, healthy eating, exercie and being successful. There are three simple ways to reduce the risk, quit smoking or don't start, Eat fewer high-fat foods and more fruits, and be more physically active. Healthy eating is important because you must consume the proper vitamins and minerals each day to keep your body regular. Also you will need to cut down on high sugar foods like soda and desserts. Exercise is very important because it burns the energy that we get from eating our food. Aerobics are a great way to exercise and burn off the calories you consume. Being successful is important because it encourages you to make more goals that you can attain.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <title>Alcohol, Tobacco and Opiates</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Alcohol affects the body because it is a drug and depressant. It slows down the vital functions which can result in slurred speech, unsteady movement and inability to react quickly. The more alcohol that is consumed the more you start to feel stupid and lose your coordination. Tobacco is in the forms of cigars, cigarettes and chewing tobacco. Tobacco is a crop that is usually grown all over the world. It has nicotine which is a stimulant. But in cigarettes there around 4,000 different chemicals. Opiates are medications that relieve pain. Some examples are hydrocodone, oxycodone, and codeine. They are usually perscribed for things like dental and injury related pain.</div>]]></description>

They offer help in suppressing during detoxification. Treatments can be used to help reestablish normal brain function and prevent relapse. Behavioral Treatments help patients modify their attitudes and behaviors related to drug abuse and increase healthy life skills. </div>]]></description>

         <title>Benefits and Risks of Using Dietary Supplements</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The majority of adults in the United States take one or more dietary supplements everyday or occaionally. Some dietary supplements include vitamins, minerals, herbals, amino acids and enzymes. They can come in a variety of forms like tablets, capsules and powders as well as drinks and energy bars. They are affective because they can give you essential nutrients that you might not be consuming or creating. But they are not able to take place of important healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. The risk is that they could possibly have side effects since most of the time they are not perscribed.</div>]]></description>
