With the role, Kelvin Udogu manages the hiring and training of new technicians, alongside the company’s wholesale department. As part of this, he oversees a $700,000 annual budget and developed operational assessment programs. His typical duties include compounding medications for clients and managing the supply of vitamins and medical supplies. Before this, Dr. Udogu worked with Walgreens Pharmacy, where he spent 12 years as a staff pharmacist. While ensuring that clients were educated about their medications, he was also responsible for identifying operational trends and addressing any issues. A Purdue University alumnus, Kelvin V. Udogu earned his doctorate in pharmacy in 2003 and graduated with honors. While pursuing the degree, he supervised 98 residents and created recreational and educational programs on-campus, alongside acting as a liaison between the Hawkins Graduate House Management and residents living close to campus.
