         <description><![CDATA[<div>In the modern workforce, continuous learning is prevalent, either it was motivated by employers' changing needs, or it was self-motivated by employees' personal interests. Those learnings could be upskilling in using Python coding, or it could be learning new features of the Salesforce software, and it could also be work skills like how to ask for a promotion, or how to make small talks with your colleagues.&nbsp;<br><br>Some skills could be learned through experience. Thus, the solution for those needs, part of it could be simulated training for people to practice in realistic settings. Another part of it could be using AI, which could give feedback in a method that each individual preferred to receive.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
