We learned how the fonts are used differently in graphical design. Fonts play a huge role in grabbing a person's attention. There are two different kinds of fonts: Serif and Sans Serif. The difference is that Serif have extra strokes in the letters, but Sans Serif doesn't. Some fonts are used to decorate a paper or a poster. Good papers use the least amount of distinct fonts. I learned about how the fonts need three main things to look good. They are contrast, size difference and the mood. The contrast or how thick and thin the font is makes the fonts good to look at. Also, the Serif font makes a serious mood whether script font makes like a fun mood or atmosphere. Complementary, monochromatic, and analogous themes are the most important ones. Complementary means that the colors are on the opposite sides on the color wheel. Monochromatic color is where the tone of the color is changed but the color stays the same. I learned that you can put separate pictures into one by using a grid. Also, you can enhance the photo by adjusting the saturation, contrast, brightness, etc. Also, you can use different filters to make it better.
