 Yes i would definitely say that coz i personally know the importance and the roll played by the healthy food in one's life.. Ideal diet from a proper Nutritionist would definitely keep your health on track and live longer..
 
Long story short 
 A woman who was diagnosed with 2nd stage of bone cancer..
 10 years of pain
 9 major surgeries 
 6 month interval Radio iodine test 
 4 sittings of nuclear medicine 
 3 times of spot radiation 
 2 times a month - blood test
 1 X-ray atleast for every now and then
 She was a special unique patient for doctors who used to ask her what she eats every day instead of giving her a diet plan. 
 She used to say that her belief in healthy veg food and trust on doctors was her strengths.. 
 The only thing that survived her till her last breath was her diet and her smile.. 
She's my mom! 

Sushma's Nourishia have such an amazing moto to serve people in maintaining their machine steady and running!
