The staff of the NFL makes anywhere from 40k to 400k DUE TO  seniority. As well as good salaries the NFL has amazing working conditions that include free access to many games AS A RESULT most workers love their jobs, but SINCE the NFL is only 20 weeks long they might need to do two jobs for a full income. It is the same thing with players but injuries and head trauma are un-shockingly common BECAUSE of football’s rough nature but do not lessen any job opportunities It brings a great atmosphere in the cities it is in but leaves abandoned stadiums and trash from old team gear, about 40,000 tons of it. The NFL encourages betting on its games with ads and endorsing betting sites SO people commonly lose money CAUSING the NFL to make about $120 M a year off gambling. Football has serious problems with CTE and head trauma it is one of the most dangerous sports DUE to its high-speed head-on collisions SO the NFL had 422 concussions 32 season-ending injuries and 12 career-ending injuries and all time has had 2 on-field deaths and 124 CTE-related off- field deaths most injuries occur in practice. NFL teams practice no one set number but how many the coach wants usually about 2-4 5-6.5 hour practices with weight room conditioning, scrimmage, position groups, drills, warm-ups, and film in top-of-the-line facilities SO not many troubles occur besides the injuries. The NFL affects you daily you can tell on Superbowl Sunday that People are affected by the Superbowl which has an average of 123.7 million viewers with an estimated 70% of people attending parties.

The NFL also uses leather and pigskin to craft footballs and the NFL uses 24,960 footballs a year CAUSING many animals to die as a result although the NFL plans to switch to composite sometime soon. Stadiums take an average of $3 billion to build and $200 million to maintain every 5 years stadiums are also usually 30% taxpayer-funded but sometimes they go to waste AS A RESULT 4 rotting stadiums sit abandoned in the country.

The NFL's crucial catch program is changing the game in terms of CHARITYwork to local communities in an environmentally mindful way. NFL Green program is the biggest sports sustainability program in the country and Goes far beyond any other sustainability foundation working with the NFL’s trash HAZARDS. But the biggest of all the three is, The NFLPA the player organization of the league focuses on employee and player health, humanity, pay, rights, and REHABILITATING INJURED players so that they come back ready to play healthy. A way you the fans, can help is when you go to games they can make sure to throw trash away after games and also recycle jerseys and team clothes.

But after learning about injuries I will try to have less head to head contact hits because of the head trauma dangers.
