         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ontario has seen an increase in the number of English Language Learners (ELLs)&nbsp;and that will only continue to rise in the coming years. <br><br><strong><em>Side-note: </em></strong>&nbsp;<em>It is important to acknowledge that not all ELLs are immigrants&nbsp; escaping war zones and or coming from refugee camps.&nbsp; Many ELLs are the children of immigrants, born in Canada.</em></div>]]></description>
