This helps mentors to easily monitor student progress and to create talking points for mentoring sessions. Arrendale is excited to utilize this printable sheet since we are unable to access Google and other web resources at prison sites.</div>]]></description>

It has now become part of the culture that the first thing a student does entering a room is pull up their progress tracker and start the goal setting process. We have seen significant improvement in progress as well as student-teacher conversations about their progress and goals.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Recently, I added a direct link to each department's Goal Setting doc so that as students arrive in the classroom and are setting goals, teachers can easily pull up the Progress Trackers (that are completed by mentors weekly) and help students set realistic goals.<br><br>One of our graduation coach is also working on "tickets" for students so they can earn prizes and one of our site directors has created a monthly calendar for students to fill out each night they attend.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
