Today we made 20 minute routines. I made one for CVE. We performed the agility and power workout. The hardest workout that I think we did was burpees because of the push-ups in it and because they were really tiring to do. One thing that I think might improve this is trying to do push-ups in other components so that burpees become easier. The overall plans were also challenging and tiring. The agility and power workouts were very similar so it was more like repeating routines so I think we should change that up. We also demonstrated problem solving when 2 people in our group (Me and Suhana) both had cardiovascular endurance so we had to negotiate between the group and decide who was gonna do what.

Today, my group and I performed the cardiovascular and muscular endurance 20 minute routines. I designed the cardiovascular routine and talked my group through teh performance. I got meaningful feedback from my group while performing about how I could change the timings of some of my exercises and how most of them were upper body so I should try finding exercises that use the overall body more. Today we demonstrated the following interpersonal skills: negotiation, giving and receiving feedback, supporting and encouraging others, and problem solving.
The link to my routines:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rX-WWgxvrQ73fKwMOArp95ix3gdHuYu8PD5ReGlUEV0/edit
The link to evidence of this class:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tMgbI3uj3UINeXaf6_y2VDvHoxGibudM/view?usp=sharing

Today the two fitness components we performed were Agility (Led by Syona) and Power (Led by Suhana). When we were tweaking our routines today, I tried to incorporate the feedback I got last class for including a better balance between upper body and lower body. I also tried to include the overload principle by adding burpees and jumping jacks in the places that already had hard exercises back to back. When we performed the agility workout, Syona was really helpful and encouraged us a lot throughout the routine as can be seen in our evidence for today. We were also able to give her some feedback on her routine. When we performed Suhana's routine she was also very encouraging and carefully explained how to do the exercises properly so we would have correct posture. We were able to give her some feedback on how she could reduce the repetitions in the exercises which require jumping. In terms of challenges, like the other previous classes, the biggest challenge was capacity and getting tired. My thighs started aching in between routines a lot so I often had to take breaks.
Agility evidence:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1AfH0PJ-qVFNYJEG1Zu0H99U152kszx7s/view?usp=sharing
Power evidence:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KacU9t5IVwK-vsVXYw5nUCrIRNugD98o/view?usp=sharing

Today, the two fitness components that we performed were Cardiovascular endurance (led by me) and Muscular endurance (Led by Aashna). We faced a lot of difficulties today as my group was in school but I am learning from home so coordinating the routines and evidence was really hard. However, my group and I used the problem solving skill to solve the problem and were able to manage the recordings and routines on call. When I made my routine, I kept in mind the feedback i got from last class and kept the overload fitness component that I added last class. When Aashna was leading the routine, she did it very well by telling each person what to do and encouraging them throughout. I had difficulties holding the plank. I tried to commmunicate my routine as much as I could through the call and was able to effectively communicate most of it. I got the feedback that my routine dhould have the exercises in smaller repetitions so its more suitable to perform.

Today, the two fitness components that we performed were Agility (led by Syona) and Power (Led by Suhana). We faced many difficulties today as my group was in school and I was at home. My group also didnt bring their laptops which made it really hard to communicate. However, we made our way around it by problem solving and cooperation. We ended up using Mr. Peter's laptop to communicate after trial and error with Syona's phone. Today, when we did the long jumps for power with suhana, I could feel that I had iproved from last time. I thought that the agility exercises that Syona led were really good and different compared to the previous classes. We gave each other feedback at the end and teh rest of my group discussed it.

Today, we performed CVE and ME and finished and uploaded our FA2. It was easier to perform today since I'm in the building now and we could all perform together. The most challenging exercise for me today was the knee push-ups since I have not had much practice with that. I think that the routine led by me went pretty well, and in the end, I got some positive feedback, along with feedback to improve one exercise, which my group thought didn't exactly fit into the CVE component. We also gave Aashna feedback for the routine led by her. Today. Suhana was very encouraging and kept motivating the whole group which was very uplifting and kept us going even when we were tired. I could tell, when we did squat jumps, that we had improved from last time as we lasted much longer.

Today, I was online again due to some circumstances. Aashna and I led the routines today but we faced some difficulties because of battery and communication through the computer. I noticed that my group has improved a lot on my fitness routine, for example, on jumping jacks and they can do it for a much longer time now. We also did the plank during Aashna's routine and I found that I could do it for much longer than when we first started.
