The other main thing I noticed is that you have tons of whitespace in your hero/header sections of your pages, and it feels like a little too much.

I love that you used an accordion for the FAQs page. Those are always a great way to display a lot of info. This is just a small functionality thing, but I can't click to open and close the same question. The only way to close one question is by opening another. Great use of a large imagery and minimal typographic design on all of your pages, it is consistent and highly effective in terms of legibility and hierarchy. Your layout also responds well to being scaled down  which is a huge plus.  My favorite feature is the Performers page because of the clever use of slide up hover states to reduce the amount of text in the inactive state. Also, I love the map you incorporated into your footer and how it is also a link, so helpful for directions rather than just putting the address in the footer! 

What needs improvement: 
The disclaimer in your footer about what is prohibited at the show could be larger and even incorporated into your homepage layout so that the audience doesn't bypass overlook the information as easily.

Your use of vector graphics and an exciting color pallet is what I love about your site! The combination gives off a playful and family friendly appearance. The more interactive elements such as your hover states and highlighted elements are a nice touch and they work well with the flow of your design.

What needs improvement:
Sizing of the entire webpage could use some work because the page itself isn't sitting at 100% and when I zoom in to see things at full width, most elements are too large. If your page is intended to be viewed at the current size, I would recommend then just centering all of your content to the browser window at full.

I am obsessed with your use of icons and the color balance in the site! The style of your layout is also clean, fits multiple browsers well and is just so much fun overall. I never knew I would want to learn more about rowing but this site has changed my mind. My favorite feature on your site is the sub navigation on your Join page, it effectively breaks up the content so that the audience isn't overwhelmed with facts and imagery in a single layout. 

What needs improvement:
The sizing of images under "Other Services Offered" could be scaled down so they are not as pixelated and blurry, although I do love the hover state with info that you added to each of them.

They both are so minimal yet perfect, with beautiful complimentary colors. I also love your choice of imagery on your POOLS page, it adds so much color and vibrance. Also, I like the footer a lot because it is unique and well thought out.

What needs improvement:
The navigation seems a bit compact, I don't know if it is because I am viewing it again on my ipad. However, I think that you can fit all the elements in your navy into a single row and space things out a bit. Other than that this is a really cool site and I can see your personal design style reflected well in this design.

The first amazing thing I noticed about your site is the photo gallery you have on the event page. It's a simple, yet so aesthetically pleasing! I also love your choice of serif for your headlines. the element that sold me is your logo, It has such a great color pallet that you also incorporated into your pages.

What needs improvement: 
It feels like the volunteer page is a bit of an after thought with just one paragraph and a form, but everything is still well organized and clearly labeled. The footer nag also seems so big and cumbersome compared to the header nav I feel like you could balance them out a bit more.

Well thought out spacing on your horizontal combined with a unique color pallet, it makes this whole site so exciting to explore and interact with. I like how your websites seem to all have interactive or animated elements it's such that's such a great way of catching the users eye and keeping their attention. 

What needs improvement: 
Some of your content dive need more padding for your text. Some things seem to run out of their containers bit. Other than that I am completely sold.

The strong color pallet and use of vector graphics! It gives off a very family friendly vibe! Also the content organization is clear and simple and I don't feel overwhelmed with information. The call outs are also a fun element that I feel like you could tie into more pages on your site.

What needs improvement:
Sizing is pretty large when viewed at 100% on my browser, I feel like you could scale things down and even add more illustrative or photo elements.
