         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>1. Find the problem statement. </strong></p><p>In this article, the problem is load balancing and RPL congestion. Therefore, they did an experimental study on high-traffic RPL measurements and a multi-hop LLN with low-power embedded devices. The result is that most of the packet loss in heavy traffic is due to congestion and that RPL has a serious load balancing problem in terms of parent route selection.</p><p><strong>2. Find the proposed solution. </strong></p><p>To solve this problem, they came up with a lightweight yet effective solution called QU-RPL. It aims to achieve load balancing by allowing each node to choose its parent node according to the queue usage of its neighbors as well as their transition. And they also did an experiment on the performance of QU-RPL compared to TinyRPL. As a result, QU-RPL alleviates the problem of packet loss in queues, thereby achieving significant improvements in end-to-end packet delivery performance.</p><p><strong>3.
