It takes a lot of time to clean the water because you have to boil it then if you want cold water you have to let it cool down and that would take a long time.And the removal of wastewater would be hard to do and everyone would get sick. You would probably have to take baths in the rivers and lakes and then you could get sick because that was most likely where the wastewater went and you would have to carry buckets full of water so you could bring it home and boil it. Not having a sewage system could effect people's health because everyone would get sick eventually and it would always smell bad. Also you would be drinking a lot of dirty water most of the time.

You then would scoop it up and take it back home. I then would get paper to filtrate it. Then get a wrap to filtrate even more I would do it till it looks clean. I would then use it.but this means I will not drink it but only use it for body,dishes,etc. I would then drink only milk. It would affect my Heath not at all I'll be clean and have other sources to drink. Now that we got that lets talk about how I would go to the bathroom.
