         <description><![CDATA[<div>This source explain that due to the COVID-19, people are starting to change their lifestyles towards a healthier one and it can be a good opportunity to implement a zero-waste lifestyle. The article gives examples of families that have this lifestyle and gives a realistic idea of how people can implement it and the way of thinking in this approach. It also explains the difficulties of shopping without involving plastic, how they are thinks that can be more difficult to stop doing for some people but explains how to make conscious purchases, and do things by ourselves . The articles explains how to begin a zero-waste living and how it is a gradual journey not an all-in change of life. It mentions how this lifestyle has to be addressed taking in consideration the personal and political interests. The author explains her personal experience starting a zero-waste life, and specific examples gives you a better idea of how things work in practice and not just theory.
