Several students could successfully find out about our DT partners and easily submit their applications to each university. Later on, those students got accepted to their options and could finally decide on one. We as a team (Graciela and me) could be much more informed and aware of everything after the Seville Summit. I really took advantage of the DT master list sheet to sit down with some students and look at all the options carefully and also revise their interests and possible majors.

DT application follow up- USD had an additional College Report form added late and it was harder to track students down just in general for missing documents, especially in Seville during Holy Week.

Students tended to procrastinate the work that needed to be done for the DT applications. They delayed the essay, forgot to ask for letters of recommendation and missed some transcripts, so that became a bit stressful to follow up. Students maybe need a clearer guide to understand the process in a simpler way. (Maybe more of a checklist or step by step guide) As Anneka said, it's best to anticipate this things with early intervention, so I would start earlier with the process.

Letter of recommendation tips for faculty and staff to help with DT app requirements. I think it would be helpful for them to have templates or examples to help facilitate things. I had a handful that were too specific and could not be applied for more than one application.

I think it would be helpful for students and SSA's to have a step by step guide or checklist to give as a resource to traditional exploratory students. I also suggest to have more resources and options to assist those students that want to apply to a different college or community college or don't want to continue their path in higher education.

Some partners provide swag, but not all. Introduce "spirit week"
