biosphere 2 is mainly to build a mimic of biosphere1, so they are both having the same impact, but biosphere 2 failed at that.

1. The only known life system in space is biosphere 1 and the world largest artificially closed system is biosphere 2 which was constructed by human. 
2. Yes, because technology may help in reducing the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere.

1- Biosphere 2 was designed to recreate biosphere 1 and to duplicate the ecosystem. 
2-  In the video, the Biospherians used a machine to reduce the amount of CO2, but it didn’t work and they suffered from the increasing amount of Carbon Dioxide in Biosphere 2. This shows that technology is not an effective way to solve environmental problems.

Biosphere 2 is a project of having similar eco system to the earth (biosphere 1) 
No technology can’t solve everything some only because the main thing to solve environmental problems is by people good actions

How does the biosphere 2 experiment relate to biosphere 1? 
 Biosphere 2 Experiment is the creation of a small version of the global ecological system integrating all living beings and their relationships but made by humans to try to live in. 
 
Will technology solve environmental & other problems? 
Reaching to this stage of technology now days we can assume that people are always developing and are able to find solutions for most of the humans problems that can lead to have a sustainable life in the future, which means that yes future technology can Solve environmental & other problems.

1-      Biosphere 2 is created by people. They try to design the biosphere1, but they failed. 
2-      I think some of the problems can be solve it by technology. But some of the problems don’t  need technology to solve it
