And can help them determine what is right or wrong. <br><br>individuals, employees in particular can always verbally speak their morals/ values. However, it can be seen even more prevelitly through their own actions and work. Which showcases how you can see values in a work place.<br><br>Can you think of any examples of this you may have seen an employee or peer demonstrate?          <description><![CDATA[<div>What are ASSUMPTIONS? They are strongly held beliefs that lead behaviors. Telling indviduals. members of an organization or group how to view situations and people. <br><br>Characteristics of assumptions can include: unconscious, the essence of culture, the majority of people are unaware of their own assumptions and because so are often unwilling to change them.<br><br>examples of this can come into play in the work place at several instances. Including team exercises/ tasks, new positions/ roles, job hiring's and more. In these moments individuals or employees can have clouded judgments on the correct call du to their own individual perceived assumptions( which they might not even know they have). <br><br></div>]]></description>
