         <description><![CDATA[<div>Rubrics present clear criteria rules or guidelines. For example a scoring rubric describes performance for each point on a fixed scale with defined characteristics. <br>Rating Scales record judgements and summaries by assessing a rank or standing relative to other predetermined standards. <br>Strengths: Quick, Systematic, Fosters Consistency, Easy to Translate in the Curriculum. <br>Limitations: Difficult to construct, differences in understanding, rate towards center, bias can influence, may not include all relevant characteristics. <br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Counts and Tallys: Support the frequency or number of occurrences of a certain behavior.<br><br>Participation charts: How often a child participates and the quality of their participation. Both the parents and the teachers can report the child's participation.<br><br>Frequency Counts: Tallies each time the behavior occurs and when the behavior occurs.<br><br>Checklists: Adaptable and they can be modified to fit the classroom needs. They can be filled out gradually and usually shown in a grid system.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>
