They had been out hunting under the influence of drugs and a large amount of alcohol.They stated that they don't remember who shot grant or who was even holding the gun but we know that they all used the gun at some point. The boys all said that the remington rifle was Grants and they all hunted with either the remington or the other guns they had. The group consisted of Shep, Henry, John, and Logan. They thought for a while about who was holding the remington when Grant was shot but none of them could fess up or remember the night of the incident.
