         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Develop a mindset for technology. Use it to your advantage in the classroom.<br>- Use a workshop model for instruction. It is a predictable instructional model that provides students time in which to interact.<br>- Hold small group and individual conferences. Conferring with them supports their budding skills.<br>- Engage kids in cross-curricular content. It's a powerful way to learn.<br>- Scaffold learning. Students will focus on the instructional portion of the lesson, then try it out later.<br>- Drive instruction with assessment. Use feedback to plan future instruction.<br>- Start with what makes sense. This is a no brainer. <br>- Always ask yourself what your students need. Plan around that. They are your priority. </div>]]></description>

It's a convenient way to gain knowledge.<br>- Teacher blogs are super useful. Value collaboration, and practice it daily with students. <br>- Utilize social media. It encourages teacher collaboration. <br>- Thousands of conferences are held every year. Attend one; you will be able to discover so much from other educators.<br>- Know your tribe. There are other people out there with our same passion.<br>- Filter information and find whats right for you. <br>- Learn from other's experience and save yourself the time.<br>- Start with what you have.<br>- Determine what your students can do with technology, how easy it is for your students to use, and how able your students will be to share their work.</div>]]></description>
