1. What would you like to do after your graduation?

I'm still uncertain about what I want to do after I graduate. But it would be nice to take some time off and make a 3 or 4 weeks trip. I'd like to go visit my sister in Spain and attend to a very famous music festival in Germany.

2. What is your dream company to work for? Why?

I currently have a job that I love. I had the fortune to start working as a virtual assistant when I was doing my 1st career semester. I've been promoted twice in the last three years and I'm currently the Administrative Director at a Real Estate company located in Orlando. I work remotely and I'm looking to work with this company long term. There's a lot of growth opportunity working with them, though I may like to work for Bancolombia some day.

3. Will you apply to that company as soon as you graduate ?

I'm not sure if I would apply. It really depends on my current position at ALIGN. I really like working there and my growth has been fast. I don't know if I would have a management position in Bancolombia. And if not, it would be like a step back.

4. What skills will you need to perform properly in that company if you get hired?

To work in an administrative role at a bank like Bancolombia, I will need a mix of skills. I’ll need a good understanding of financial services, including how banks operate and the products they offer. Leadership skills are important because I’ll be leading teams and managing projects. I also need strong communication skills to build relationships with clients and negotiate deals, along with some basic tech skills.

5. Would you prefer to start your own business if you graduated this year?

Not right now. I do have a few ideas for business, but I do want to give it a shot first and try to build my career at a great company.

6. Would you continue your academic process if you had the chance to do it?

Studying can be really cool because you continue to learn, but I'm not sure yet if I want to continue studying. Not right now, because it has been challenging with university and I do feel I need a break from it. My brain is very burned out!

7. What university and area would you choose to major?

If I were to decide I wanted to major, I would definitely choose finances. And if I had the chance to major in another country, I would. If not, I would choose Saint Thomas University.

8. Which could be your impact in your professional performance?

I believe my impact on my work would be that I focus on doing my best and finding ways to improve how things are done. I can help create a positive environment that lifts everyone’s spirits and makes the team more productive.

I will also keep learning to stay updated on what’s happening in the industry. This will help me do my job better and support the team’s success.
