1. KPI 7: To develop and grow the WSO Parenting Academy offering guidance, support and specialist training to all parents including parents of students of determination.

2. To support the development of personalised pathways where appropriate for Level 3 students including the implementation and monitoring of Connecting Steps.

3. To manage my time and my calendar to ensure efficient and effective working during school hours and reduce the extended time spent in school in order to support my well-being.

CPI training - Alongside Shona, we are ensuring most of the inclusion team are trained in verbal de-escalation strategies and specific staff members who need it, are trained in CPI safety interventions. We have implemented a rigorous recording and debriefing procedure for CPI interventions which has been acknowledged as positive by the central safeguarding team.

The launch of the WSO Parenting Academy to 'Walk the Parenting Journey Together', offer training and support to our parent community.

Term 3: Running Webster Stratton Incredible Years Course

Connecting Steps - supported teachers to complete baseline assessments for identified children - shared this information with parents during meetings and explained the personalised provision their child is receiving to meet their targets.

FS - Shona will take on the caseload of all CS students in FS and plan CS teaching sessions daily each morning in the Sunflower class.

Yr1 & 2 - Nida and Tisha have 2 CS students each and plan and teach their maths and English lessons daily as well as tracking their assessment data weekly.

Term 3

Planning and development of the new Inclusion Hub. Met with the families of all 8 children and gained consent and support for the Alternative Pathway option from FS - KS1
