         <title>F.I.T. PRINCIPLE:</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>FREQUENCY</strong>: I do this everyday after school. I can't skip days or else I will forget the routine or form. However, I don't practice the same moves everyday, knowing my body can strain sometimes.<br><strong>INTENSITY</strong>: I like to divide up the dance so I don't overwork myself. Some days I will go harder but most of the time I take it easy.<br><strong>TIME</strong>: I spend about two or three hours a day on dancing. It really relaxes me and my body feels very relieved after a long day of school. I never work more than three hours, knowing it could cause harm.</div>]]></description>
