Censorship is appropriate when the thing that needs to be censored is dangerous or can harm people like is a national not when it is completely harmless.
2.My overall thoughts on censorship is that when something has to be censored it has to be necessary. 
3. I have read 5 of the books that are on the 100 most challenged books from 2000-2009. I have read Harry Potter, Captain Underpants To Kill a Mockingbird, My Brother Sam is Dead, and A wrinkle in time.
4. Captain Underpants being on the list surprised me because that is a kids book like i read that when i was in 3rd grade. It is inappropriate with the potty jokes and it goes a little over board but it still shouldn't be banned.

4. Some books I find on the list I was surprised to see. The books that surprised me were Captain Underpants and Junie B. Jones. I think they were challenged because in Captain Underpants all he wears is underwear and in Junie B. If we sensor too much on a certain story, article, film, or any type of media it could possibly change the story and make it bias in some ways.
       Censorship should be used in some cases. For example, if a group of young children are watching an adult movie censorship should be used to block out inappropriate material.
       I have read To Kill a Mockingbird, and I am reading Fahrenheit 451, so I have read two of those books on the list.
       When I saw some of the books on the list I was very surprised. I think a lot of them shouldn't have been challenged due to the lessons that you can learn from reading them. I can understand how come of the books have been challenged because of the immature concepts in the reeds. That is the reason I think they were challenged.

People should feel free to read whatever they please, whether it is religious or has LGBT characters. However, censorship is a positive thing to ensure that young children are not exposed to anything too young. Elementary students shouldn't be reading about sex.
