         <description><![CDATA[<div><em>Yes it is effective to a certain extent only. <br><br></em><strong><em>Strength:</em></strong><em><br>The teacher prompts kids to elaborate and asks open-ended questions. <br><br></em><strong><em>Areas for improvement:</em></strong><em><br>Nevertheless, she could have given the kids more time to think. She could have given more clues or information to the kids to get them where they want to go. It might help to get kids thinking and become more active participants during the classroom discussion.&nbsp;<br><br>After getting the responses from the kids, she could have shared extra information where the student can benefit- to increase their learning.</em></div>]]></description>
