         <description><![CDATA[<div>When I think of reading fluency, I think of how well an individual is able to read and be fluent while doing so. In my mind, having good reading fluency is being able to read smoothly. Someone with a learning disability may have trouble with reading which would lead to them not being as fluent while they are reading. </div>]]></description>
