After completing the four modules, 1 / 9 / 2021 ber started reading a new module (eduprenewrship), which was successfully presented by both categories (D.Karwan and M.Miran ).
The module consisted of three main topics, which included: market-oriented education, intellectwal capital & innovation management, and interpersonal communication competencies.
The term eduprenewrship is intended for more marketing and marketing, but also for reading, politics, advertising and commercial advertising.
In other words, eduprenewrship means that someone has an idea and puts it into practice and does not fit into the theoretical framework.
eduprenewrship is used in all fields, including media, politics and markets.
on the day 6 / 9 / 2021 descusing about communicated verbally, that the liars of both dignitaries were the teacher Miran and d.Karwan is presented in a general way and can be interpreted verbally.
verbal communication is the use of words to share information with other people. it can therefor include both spoken and written communication. However, many people use the term to describe only spoken communication. The verbal element of communication is all about the words that you choose, and how they are heard and interpreted.
In many interpersonal encounters, the first few minutes are extremely important.First impressions have a significant impat on the success of further and future communication.
The following is a list of our most popular types of communication:
1- intrapersonal communication:
This form of communication is extremely private and restricted to ourselves. it includes the silent conversations we have with ourselves, wherein we juggle roles between the sender and receiver who are processing our thoughts and actions.
This process of communication when analyzed can either be conveyed verbally to someone or stay confined as thoughts.
2- Interpersonal communication:
This formof communication takes place between two individuals and is thus a one-on-one conversation.
Here, the two individuals involved will swap their roles of sender and receiver in order to communicate in a clearer manner.
3- Small group communication:
This type of communication can take place only when there are more than two people involved.
Here the number of people will be small enough to allow each participant to interact and converse with the rest.
Press conferences, board meetings, and team mettings are examples of group communication.
4- Public Communication:
This type of communication takes place when one individual addresses a large gathering of people.
Election campaigns and public speeches are example of communication.
Types of public communication " Speach "
( speaking to entertain & speaking to inform and speaking to persuade ).
then the discussion of the characteristics and conditions of the genius effectively and successfully involved in the relationship, as long as the character is successful, we must possess the characteristics.
( Active listening , Adaptability - adapting your communication styles to support the situation , Clarity , Confidence and and assertiveness , Constructive fedback - giving and reciving it , Emotional intelligence , Empathy , Interpersonal skills , Interpretation of body languge , Patience , Open-mindedness , Simplifying the complex , Storytelling , Think about the words , Listen and be interested , Be aware of non-verbal communication traps , Honesty is the best policy , Show and seek some understanding , Think about perspectives ).
then put on some kind of presentation, bem style:
Type of presentations consist of :
- Providing information.
- Teaching a skill.
- Reporting progress.
- Selling a product or service.
- Making a desision.
- Solving a problem.
you will generally be able to complete all the presentations:
• Context.
• Method.
• Presenter.
• Message.
• Audience.
• Impediments.
each of which requires a few seeds and a consit of specific.
In each case, they have seized it, despite obstacles we can scarcely imagine٫ which are these:
{ Practice naturally , Well prepared , Attend other speeches , Arrive early , Meet and greet , Transform nervous energy into enthusiasm , Adjust to your surroundings , Use positive perspectives , Take deep breaths , Smile , Body language , Clothes and the look , Exercise , Work on your pauses , Use a power stance , Drink water , Don't fight the fear }.
On September 8, after Teacher Miran had completed his previous lesson, in the second part of the lesson, each of us students presented a presentation as a group of three, entitled: ( How to speak so that people want to listen / Julian Treasure.
On September 13, the first section of the course was dedicated to the presentation of presentations by groups that did not attend the previous course.
In the second section of the lesson, we talked about the body language, which Dr. Karwan was conducting, and we participated in the discussion very carefully and went to the base of the subject.
The body language has positive and negative aspects, but in general,The language of the body is compatible with the language of speech and together you can better understand the opposite person.
In the body language, the effects of the organs are different and not all are equally effective, for example, the eyes are more effective than all members, and we can often control and easily understand the opposite person through the eye.
After the eyes, the hands are the most effective organ of the human body to understand the opposite person.
In general, apart from the fact that the language of the body facilitates between humans and is often caused by the language of the body, two or more people whose speaking language is different can be understood, This is despite the fact that the only language of speaking to the deaf and dumb class is the only language of the body.
The tongue of the body is also full of references, for example, among the English, touching their backs means prayer and prayer, and among most nations around the world, finger-shooting means anger, and footing on the leg it means domination and control.
On September 15, with Dr. Karwan, at the beginning of the lesson, we discussed the issue of absenteeism and student neglect, which faces teachers as obstacles, we explained how to treat and take action.
Then we talked about the course, entitled "How do you preservate your job" this way:
1- PowerPoint: Which is to remind the subject, not to have the whole topic in PowerPoint, We should not put too many words, nor should the picture be placed properly, nor should it be busy with your opponent, but rather to convey your goal and persuasion, Power color must be simple and pale, and two fonts are enough for Power Point.
2- We shouldn't read anything on the slide, but we only use slides for reminders.
3- Sometimes you will return examples to slides, based on your experience.
4- Ask questions at moments that are very important, and it is not necessary to answer.
5- Tell them your story.
6- Give them a clear content for the presentation.
7- Sometimes jokes and jokes, listeners and attendees don't be upset.
8- Deliver ideas through video.
9- using modern resources and technology and avoiding old sources that are no longer common.
10- During the presentation of a topic, it quickly goes to the original subject and does not bring it so much.
11- laughing and using eye contact and audions.
12- a strong start and a strong appearance.
13- Speak in an effective voice.
14- Using body movement means constantly moving your body and not centering in one place.
15- Sometimes rest and breathe, so that you may overcome yourself and avoid confusion.

On September 20, at the beginning of the lesson, we discussed a video discussing the adventure and discovery of human abilities, The video talks about making children from the beginning not to be afraid, to believe in themselves and to find their hidden abilities, to make someone who becomes a leader.
In the course of this discussion, we find that self-confidence creates leaders, but often this self-confidence goes into the context of self-deception and leads people to deception and bad consequences.
In the second section, we talked about the characteristics of a trader, and then we discussed marketing.
On September 22, we discussed marketing directionwith Dr. Karwan after a few questions and answers, particularly the certificate obtained in this field, how can we work in the market.
In this field, universities often invest and make money, for example, receive certificates, or open evening and money studies.
On the other hand, it is often necessary in universities to take advantage of the experience of market people, meaning that universities should be a link between students and the market.
The existence of projects at the university makes students self-reliant and productive, but often the university deceives students through advertising, which is something else in the content.
In general, the relationship between students and the market can be arranged through the university.
Entrepreneurial skills:
( Creativity , Critical thinking , Problem solving , Communication , Entrepreneurial mindest ).
Characteristics of an entrepreneur:
• Mativator.
• Self confident.
• Problem solver.
• initiator.
• Risktaker.
• Goal setter.
• Long term involvement.
• Communication ability.
• Technical knowledge.
• Human resource ability.
• Decision marker.
Then we talked about entrepreneurship parts, which includes these main elements (Idea, Market Research, Prototyping, Production).
On September 27, with the participation of both Mr. Karwan and M. Miran, we studied the last lesson of the fifth model, which we talked about, the types of capital, which are: (Intellectual Capital , Human Capital , Structural Capital , Relational Capital ).
What caught my attention was the talk of human capital that includes several principles:
( Knowledge , Abilities , Skills , Education , Training , Experience , Judment , Wisdom , Creativity ).
We also talked about the measurement of human capital, which is measured in several characteristics, including:
( Attitude & Motivation , Competence, Skill, Capabilities , Creativity & Innovativeness , Experience & Expertise , Individual personal characteristics , Knowledge , Efficiency ).
People with experience are developing companies and raising their reputations and workplaces.
In general, in our country and in government institutions, less attention is paid to human capital and talented people, and they are not trained and their abilities are not benefited, But private institutions, meaning the private sector, care about them, and the reason for this disregard is because there are no rewards or punishments in the family institutions, and no one is punished for negligence and cannot be fired, On the contrary, in the private sector, apart from caring for experienced and talented people, in return, the helpless and careless person will be punished and even fired.
