There are various researches that suggest different opinions on Frederikc W. Taylor’s scientific management theory and this essay will go into the detail of explaining how this theory has more negative impacts in a workplace than positive.</div>]]></description>

In 1909 he proposed that by optimizing and simplifying jobs, productivity would increase. However many people in the recent years have agreed and disagreed with his theory because there are some people who believe in their views and they believe there are various ways to motivate employees and make the task more productive.</div>]]></description>
