Woman didn't have an education like men. They weren't allowed to go to school. They had to stay home and work around the house, or walk many hours to get water then walk back. Nya, had to walk many hours a day to get water that wasn't very clean.

I recommend this book because it was very action pact. I have to read a book with action with in the first couple chapters or else I won't really like the book. This book is realistic fiction. Anyone who likes survival books would like this book.

I spend time with my family on Christmas Eve also. We always have a tradition to eat a family dinner then watch a Christmas movie.

Someone who would enjoy this book would be a person who likes fantasy or fairy tales. Someone who enjoys reading about Christmas.

My grandma passed away and it was very hard to go through. In this book one of the characters is in a coma.
