the call to adventure was when Elsa started to hear the voices which made her accidentally release an enchanted forest, and the angry spirits and people that lived there, which attacked her village after she released them,

meeting the mentor

Elsa's mentor is grand pabbie, the leader of the trolls. He tells her why there is disharmony among the spirits and that in order to save Arendelle, they have to discover the truth and right a wrong. His explanation guides their journey, and without him, their goal would be much less clear.

while elsa is trying to cross the dark sea she is attacked by the water spirit, then elsa tames the water spirit and he carries her across the dark sea.

Elsas reward for crossing the dark sea and taming the water spirit, is that she is finally able to find out the truth or where her and her powers come from, she found out that her mother was northaldran, and that she was the mysterious 5th spirit.

the road back

on the way back Elsa goes to far and is froze, she freezes all the way she sends a message to her sister saying that it is the damn that is making the spirits angry cause king renuard betrayed them and he was the one who build the damn for them

resurrection

Elsa´s message gets to her sister, and she is able to understand so she breaks the damn with the bolder from the giants and saves everyone inside the forest and her Elsa is unfrozen

after the dam is destroyed Elsa was unfroze but the water from the dam was rushing down the fuord ad was going to wipe out aredelle but Elsa rushed i o the water spirit and stopped the giant wave with a wall of ice, and after the kingdom celebrated THE END.
