I veritably ache to witness animal abuse being so freely practiced without even a second thought ! Illegal pouching, selling non-domesticated animals, and general mistreatment of animals of all kinds, I think Iraqi people had been through so much strife that the well of being of animals is becoming more and more irrelevant 🙃
In addition to that, the readon of this mistreatment is the lack of law ! Meanwhile animal rights in all over the world is applied, here in Iraq there is no one law at least to punish people who treat them badly !

لقد عرفتْ بلادنا ظاهرة {اطفال الشوارع } والتي تشمل عمالة الاطفال والمتشردين والمتسولين ، فتحولت من مشكلة على نطاق نسبي الى ظاهرة واسعة جداً تتضمن المخاطر المصاحبة لها ؛ إذ إنها ظاهرة منتشرة جداً في جميع المدن العراقية تصف في كثرة انتشارها في المناطق المليئة بالسكان .إن ظاهرة عمالة الاطفال والتي ينصب عليها إهتمامنا في هذا الحديث اشير الى نقطه و نشاطات تقع خارج نطاق قوانين العمل وشروطه الاجتماعية والمجتمعيه ؛ كما إنها في الوقت عينه تتعارض مع التزامات وشروط ضرورية ومهمة ، (تعليمية وصحية ونفسية واجتماعية) تقع في اغلب الاحيان خارج الضوابط( الاجتماعية الرسمية وغير الرسمية) .يهدف هذا الكلام الحالي الى معرفة اسباب انتشار ظاهرة عمالة الاطفال( التجاره بالأطفال )من وجهة النظر "التربوية والنفسية والاجتماعية والمجتمعيه" ومعرفة اسبابها من وجهة نظر الاطفال العاملين في هذا العمل انفسهم : ثم رائيت الحلول المقترحة للقضاء على هذه الظاهرة من وجهة نظر المختصين والمهتمين في مجال علم الاجتماع. اعتمده هذا الكلام أو هذه الفكرة على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات المطلوبة والتي تم اعدادها من قبلي ، ثم المقابلة الفردية مع الاطفال العاملين انفسهم ، ولقد بلغت عينة الاستنتاج <10 > طفلاً بأعمار من <10 – 15 >سنة من جانبي الكرخ والرصافة في مدينة بغداد ، كذلك عينة من "الاساتذة المختصين" في مجال التربية وعلم النفس وعلم والاجتماع والبالغ عددهم{ 4} طفلاً .استخدمت في هذه الفكرة معادلة ارتباط بيرسون لايجاد ثباة الاداة ثم النسبة المئوية والوسط المرجح < الموزون > لتحديد الفقرات التي تمثل نقاط القوة والضعف لاسباب عمالة الاطفال.ولقد اظهرت النتائج بان فقرة انخفاض مستوى دخل الاسرة حصلت على اعلى درجة حدّة ، إذ بلغت 2،81 ، بينما فقرة عقاب الاهل للطفل حصلت على اقل درجة حدّة ; إذ بلغت 1،72' وظهر بان عمالة الاطفال تنتشر وتزيد بين الذكور من الاطفال اكثر من انتشارها مع" الاناث "وان اعلى نسبة توجد في سن خمسه عشرا سنة ؛ كما ان اعلى نسبة تسرب من المدرسة توجد في الصف الخامس الابتدائي اي بعمر عشرة سنوات من الذكور فقط •واخيراً {استنتجت ان هناك ببعض التوصيات المهمة والمقترحات لدراسات وفهم المشكله مره اخرى ▪︎

Hello, everyone, my name is Nadia alshmary, I wanna tell you my story, about a girl from south Iraq born in 1990. to be specific in the city of Messan, let me tell you about the city its a nice and small city build near the river of Degla with beautiful streets and a lot of tres and green lands with a closed and introverted community indulges in pale customs and traditions that ruin not just my life but a lot of girls and boys around the city, you see in the beginning I told you my name it's (Nadia), the whole problem lies the second section of my name (alshmary) I wanna tell you that this is not my father name neither my grandfather name its a clan name, a clan that a belong to itself the clan it's set up of traditions and community of people those who belong to the same grandfather the founder of the clan he is the (adam) of his time. all of us were born under the seal of this clan mosts follow the customs and traditions of the clan, to be honest with you we are not the only clan in this city there is a lot of clans in the city and the whole country. community of Iraq can be defined by their religion, for example, there are Muslims and Christians Yezidis... etc. in my clan most girls are not allowed to go to colleges and some of us are not allowed to go to schools according to the clan traditions, a girl should only Do the home stuff, they are not allowed to leave the house only with the family, until the day the girl get married in a traditional marriage ceremony to a man that her family sees him as the right one she can't refuse most of the time. Where everything went wrong with me, my life, and why I tell you my story; I fell in love with a man decent looking, educated, honest and I just liked him the moment, our eyes catch.
He lived in the same city but from a different clan, after a while, we started to see each other from time to time secretly since the act of loving someone is prohibited in my clan and they might kill me in the name of honor if my family knew about it. After a while, we decided to get married, have a nice family be with each other, just the Idea makes my heart goes wild these were the happiest days of my life. In 2015 my boyfriend with his family visited my family and after introductions, his father as the costumes clans asked my father for my hand to marry his son, I was so happy and afraid at the same time this was the big day where my simple dream come true for ones I once had a lot of dreams but could not achieve any of them because of traditions. My father said no to the marriage proposal when they asked why the answer is no, my father's answer was simply too short, one word to be specific (nahoaa)
Nahoaa; is one of the clan's costumes where one of the aunt's sons push this act upon the relative girl, her family can not make her marry anyone except him .And on top of that, she can't refuse him nor do anything about it, it was a death sentence to me I never liked my my cousin and lost the man I loved .Clans costumes and traditions didn't just ruin my spirit I have no passion for life any more old days repeat themself It's like a cage your whole life is controlled by some stupid rules made by sick people just to control others life. I hope my story, will open some people eyes to this issue with the community of Iraq and there is a lot of similar stories to mine and others which are even worse.

The solution:

• Strengthening the capacities of women's NGOs to advocate for gender equality, women's rights, and reproductive health and to encourage women's empowerment and participation in peace building and development in Iraq.

• Strengthening institutional, technical and practical capacities in relevant ministries and local NGOs to provide services to survivors of violence.

• Continuous awareness campaigns to combat violence against women through activities such as the “16 Days Campaign Against Violence Against Women” and “International Women’s Day”.

• Supporting networks between women's NGOs at the local and national levels while linking them to the Women's Committee in Parliament.

• Increasing institutional capacity building for local community women's associations.

مشكلة الطفولة في العراق

الأطفال جميعهم لديهم الحق في الحماية من العنف والاستغلال وسوء المعاملة، مهما كانت الظروف، لكنّ مئات الآلاف من الأطفال في العراق، بمن فيهم الأطفال النازحون واللاجئون، يحتاجون إلى الحماية من العنف والاستغلال وسوء المعاملة والإهمال.

وفي وجهة نظرالشباب الحالي، يجب أن تكون القوانين والسياسات عاملة على حماية الطفل، وبالفعل هذا واجبها لكن للأسف اطفال العراق يعانون من الكثير من المشاكل كالتعليم الجيد والرعاية والحضانة والبيئة الصالحة، فمن حق الطفل ان يعيش في بيئة سليمة وظروف مناسبة للعيش و ان ينمو في مكان يوفر له احتياجاته بالإضافة الى المستوى الثقافي والإطلاع واي شيء يساعد في تطويرهِ.

لمي نحل هذه المشكلة يجب التوعية بخصوص هذه المشكلة و كيفية التعامل مع الشخص الذي يعنف و حماية نفسهم منه
و يجب ان يوضع قانون للعنف الاسري لكي يقدر الشخص الذي تعنف الحصول على المساعدة

و يجب عمل مظاهرات و احتجاجات لكي يجدوا حل لهذه المشكلة

Here in Iraq ‘some’ families give birth to many children like they can achieve 10 children or more! At the same time they can’t offer them the appropriate living conditions, like they can’t get them the good education or even the good food or clothes! That’s very unfair and selfish from their parents! They will grow up looking at their friends’ lives and wishing they had the same.. there is a famous quote in Iraq means ‘the child brings his livlihood money with him’ and that’s very untrue.

It is great injustice to girls who are forced to live this or have been persuaded that it’s normal thing ! Girls by this age are children or teenagers and can’t even make a decision about something like marriage! Instead of that they deserve a beautiful childhood, getting more love from their families, have a good education and build up their personalities ! Early marriage will creat a mental and psychological issue inside them and this will affect her children when she becomes a mother! Early marriage builds a psychopath community!
