This month's school wide character trait is integrity.  Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, or as CS Lewis once put it, "doing the right thing even when no one is looking."   Just like snowflakes are all different, students show integrity in different ways through different actions.  At home, please take a minute to watch this quick YouTube on how to make a snowflake and work with your student to construct a snowflake.  When done making your snowflake, feel free to decorate it, add pictures and add an example of when your student has shown integrity at home.  Please send in your snowflake anytime during the month of December so that we can decorate Mercer and celebrate acts of integrity.  There is a snowflake collection box placed in the front office.  Have fun and be as creative as you want!  We appreciate your support.   How to make a Snowflake.
