    2. My most enjoyable playground equipment is rope climbing. It provides me with the ability to adapt to different sensations and it helps to regulate my body. 

    3. Another variation would be to swing while holding onto the rope. I enjoy exploring rhythm, balance and muscle control.

    2) My favourite is crossing the shaky bridge. It helps with my balancing and control as the planks will move when I’m walking across to the other side.
