When are children of preschool age tested and determined to have a disability? I’m curious because I am not aware what percentage of preschool students are diagnosed with disabilities. So I’m wondering if “Inclusive Environment” refers strictly to special education students included with regular education students.

I know you are in preliminary stages, but I don’t really see the connections to existing research and how it leads you to your questions. Is the goal of your research to determine if the CQI is improved, or if inclusive practices are improved, or if teachers’ inclusion practices are improved? Since I have no experience with a preschool population it is difficult for me to envision what a plan for inclusive practices would look like. Since your research will be targeted to directors and other teachers and staff involved with the preschool population, it would make more sense to them."
