         <description><![CDATA[<div>Emotional intelligence generally refers to ones ability to recognize their own emotions, as well as someone else's emotions. This is important to learn because it improves your work life and helps with your abilities to work in groups. People with low emotional intelligence typically have a hard time making friends,  get in arguments, and blame others for their mistakes. It could be almost impossible to work in a group if you have a low Emotional intelligence.</div>]]></description>

EQ helps lead you to a more succesful future by improving your self awareness, social awareness, self management and relationship management. Being able to control your emotions and being able to understand how a person feels is important to your everyday life. People with a high EQ often thrive more in their workplace.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Be open to asking others about what you could change if you are trying to improve your EQ. There are always parts of us that we ignore, even though we need to fix it. By improving your EQ, you could potentially increase the amount of friendships you have, decrease your anger issues in general, and be able to cope with others more, increasing friendships in a work environment.</div>]]></description>
