(It was one of the activities that excited me and my students the most during the project work. We provided our students with the opportunity to see and meet each other by making matches with our foreign partners. We told our tales to our project partner DUMITRA CIOACĂ from Romania and his students. We showed them our houses. My students told themselves and their tales in English. It was a very exciting and productive meeting.)

The students spoke enthusiastically about the steps taken, about how they worked together, both locally and transnationally, and about the creative ideas that underpinned the activities. The meeting was a moment of reflection, exchange of experience and mutual appreciation, but also a proof of the students’ involvement and imagination. The project thus succeeded in transforming fairy tales into bridges of communication and collaboration between young people from different corners of Europe.
