Measurable:  I will keep track of my progress by checking my notes to see if I really did participate in class. I can also keep track of my study schedule in order to see my consistency. Doing both of these will more or less get me an A grade. 

Attainable: I plan to achieve these goals by taking efficient notes, keeping track of my study sessions, and participating in class more often than usual.
My close friends will help me achieve these goals since we mostly help each other out whenever there is something to review. We always ask for each other’s help when we struggle with a topic or item that we don’t fully understand. 

Relevant: These goals are important to me because I want to be an honor student which requires specific grades in each subject to achieve (includes math).

Time-bound: I think I can achieve these goals by the end of 2nd term which will take a while but will be worth it 

2. This misconception always made me think twice of my solution since I did not fully understand the difference between common ratio and common difference.

3. I had encountered this misconception during one of our worksheet tasks where it had asked for the common ratio which is the number multiplied to the first term to get the second term then multiplied to the second term to get the third term and so on. I confused this topic with common difference which is the same concept but with addition (Both ratio and difference can apply to subtraction and division as well). I always jumbled up these two concepts which caused most of my answers in the worksheet to be wrong. I asked help from my classmates and watched some videos so I could fully understand when to use them and just in time before the next long test which had it in as one of the topics. I got a good grade for my efforts which I am now proud of.
