         <title>Sartorius by Holden Baker</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Location</strong>: The Sartorius is a superficial Muscle that runs from the Superior part of the Thigh to the anterior compartment.<br><strong>Action: </strong>It assists in flexing, weak abduction, lateral rotation of the hip, and flexion of the knee.<br><strong>Unique Characteristics</strong>: It is the longest Muscle in the body.<br><strong>Common Injury</strong>: The sartorius muscle can suffer injury when excessive force causes the upper leg to stretch beyond its capacity. Tissue fibers may partially separate or fully tear, weakening the leg and restricting its motion.          <title>Gastrocnemius and soleus by Jayzryn Thompson</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Location:</strong> The gastrocnemius is posterior to the soleus which is posterior to the tibia and fibula. The gastrocnemius starts at the femur and extends down to the calcaneus. While the soleus starts at the fibula and tibia. <br><strong>Action: </strong>Both the gastrocnemius and soleus plantar flexes the foot and the gastocnemius also flexes the leg at the knee joint. <br><strong>Unique Characteristics:</strong> These two muscles are two of the three muscles that form and make up the calf muscle and their aponeuroses unit to form the Achilles tendon. <br><strong>Common Injury: </strong>The most common injury of the gastrocnemius and soleus is a calf strain. A common cause is when a person is to move their calf suddenly or in an unusual direction. The foot can be affected by this injury and the calf region and ankle/foot tend to be swollen. This region would also have pain, especially with standing/ walking. Pain, swelling, and bruising are primary symptoms of this injury.<br><strong>Video:</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Location </strong>: The Infraspinatus is below the spin of the scapula and the Supraspinatus is below the spine of the scapula.<br><strong>Action</strong> : The Infraspinatus muscle&nbsp; externally rotates the shoulder, whereas the supraspinatus abducts and flexes.
