         <title>Classroom observation is like having a student teacher and providing feedback on their lessons, without the condescension ;) or superiority :)  It is respectfully looking at a colleague&#39;s in-class practice and looking for patterns, habits, etc that they may not be aware of - usually in the context of a specific focus - in order to give them something to consider that may improve both their practice and your own.  </title>
