I think this kind of internships is always an advantage, as the student said in the video. I think when the employing company looks at the curriculum of candidate, it will prefeer the one that already has some professional experience, even if it occured during a short internship.
But when if refeers to students who want to go to the university, that's not so easy, unless they work at their hollidays or have a part time job, becauses they must stick to their curricula, in a way to pass in the admition exams. In my opinion, this kind of programs are a very good possibility for both students and professionals to work together. Maybe, it can be a disadvantage that students has not enough time to know all the different aspects of the profession.
